Scarlet Lady launched the brand in 2020 and set the template: adults only, no buffet, no formal night, gratuities and Wi-Fi in the fare, and more than twenty included restaurants.

Dining runs from the six full-service restaurants — Test Kitchen, Pink Agave, Extra Virgin, Gunbae, The Wake and Razzle Dazzle — to the Galley food hall and a 24-hour room service menu with no delivery charge.

She sails Caribbean itineraries from Miami with most voyages calling at The Beach Club at Bimini, Virgin's private beach venue with a resident DJ programme.

    No buffet

Twenty-plus restaurants and a food hall instead of a traditional buffet.

The volume grade — a balcony with a hand-woven hammock, the brand's signature.

    XL Sea Terrace

A larger terrace cabin with a bigger bathroom and additional seating.

    Solo cabins

Purpose-built single cabins with no supplement — a rarity at this ship size.

    Food and drink

    Dining options

    Included in your fare

    The Wake

A grand steak and seafood room at the stern with a sweeping staircase — included, not charged.

    Test Kitchen

A laboratory-styled tasting menu restaurant, included in the fare.

    Pink Agave

Modern Mexican, included, with a strong mezcal and tequila list charged separately.

    Gunbae

Korean barbecue cooked at the table with a group drinking game built into the service.

    Extra Virgin

Italian trattoria with hand-made pasta, included in the fare.

    Razzle Dazzle and The Galley

A vegetarian-forward diner and a food hall of counters open most of the day and night.

    Speciality restaurants (charged)

    The Chef's Table

A small-group tasting experience with wine pairing — one of the few charged dining events.

    Extra Virgin private dining

Private group tables arranged through the Rockstar Agent, charged per booking.

    The Dock House

Greek and Middle Eastern mezze served on the outdoor Dock at anchor, mostly included with some charged plates.

There is no buffet and no upcharge main restaurant — every venue above is inside the fare unless explicitly noted.

Venue line-up reflects the Virgin Voyages standard; the exact restaurants aboard Scarlet Lady vary with the ship's class and most recent refit.

    On board

    Entertainment

    Original productions

Commissioned immersive shows — Duel Reality, Untitled DanceShowPartyThing and Never Sleep Alone — rather than licensed revues.

    The Manor

A two-storey nightclub styled as a Victorian theatre, with the strongest late-night programming at sea.

    Scarlet Night

The signature deck party — the whole ship dresses in red and the pool becomes the dance floor.

The Groupie Bar and Sip Lounge

Karaoke rooms and a champagne bar with in-app ordering.

    No casino, no children

Adults only (18+) throughout, with no casino, no photo studio and no art auction.

    Wellness programming

Sunrise yoga, HIIT, boxing and running club sessions on the outdoor track, all free.

    Bars

    Drinks packages

    Bar Tab

Virgin's model: pre-load a bar tab and receive bonus credit, then pay per drink with no gratuity added.

    Shake for Champagne

Shake your phone anywhere on board and a bottle of champagne is delivered to you, charged to your tab.

    Included as standard

Still and sparkling water, drip coffee, tea, soft drinks and juices at no charge across the ship.

    No unlimited package

Virgin deliberately does not sell an all-you-can-drink package; heavy drinkers pay more, moderate drinkers less.

    Wine and cocktail lists

A serious cocktail programme and a natural-wine-leaning list, all charged per serve.

    Ashore

    Excursions

Shore Things are booked in the Virgin app and skew active, food-led and late — the Mediterranean programme in particular is built around overnight and late-departure port calls.

    The Beach Club at Bimini

Virgin's private Bahamian beach venue with pool, DJ programme and ferry access included.

    Food and drink tours

Market walks, winery visits and chef-led tastings — the strongest category in the programme.

    Active

Hiking, cycling, kayaking and diving, graded by effort.

    Nightlife and late calls

Club and bar experiences built around Virgin's late and overnight port stays.

    Small-group and private

Limited-capacity tours arranged through the Sailor Services team.

    Value

What the fare includes — and what it doesn't

    Included

    • All twenty-plus restaurants and eateries on board
    • Gratuities — tipping is designed out of the experience
    • Wi-Fi throughout the ship
    • All group fitness classes, the gym, boxing ring and outdoor track
    • Still and sparkling water, drip coffee, tea and soft drinks
    • Ferry access to The Beach Club at Bimini

    Not included

    • Alcoholic drinks — bought as a pre-loaded Bar Tab or per serve
    • Shore excursions and Shore Things
    • Spa treatments and thermal circuit passes
    • The Chef's Table and a small number of charged dining events
    • Tattoos, barbering and salon services

    Connectivity

    Wi-Fi at sea

    Technology

Starlink low-earth-orbit satellite across the fleet

    Included in the fare?

Included in the fare for every Sailor on every voyage — Virgin does not sell tiered internet plans.

    Standard fleetwide Wi-Fi

Browsing, messaging, email and social media included for all guests on all devices.

    Streaming

Streaming and video calling generally work under Starlink, subject to shared bandwidth at peak times.

Because the app handles dining, excursions and account management, connectivity is treated as infrastructure rather than a product.
