Every Viking ocean and expedition ship carries the same dining line-up, and none of it costs extra. That includes the two venues that would carry a cover charge on any competitor: Manfredi's Italian Restaurant and The Chef's Table.
Manfredi's is a Tuscan-leaning à la carte steak and pasta restaurant with an open kitchen; reservations are required but there is no charge. The Chef's Table runs a rotating five-course tasting menu with a paired wine flight, changing themes several times per voyage.
The everyday venues are The Restaurant (the main dining room, open seating), World Café (a market-style buffet with a sushi and seafood counter and an open grill), Mamsen's in the Explorers' Lounge for Norwegian waffles, open sandwiches and split pea soup, the Pool Grill, and the Wintergarden for afternoon tea.
Room service is complimentary 24 hours a day, and Explorer Suites carry additional in-suite dining privileges including a full dinner service from The Restaurant menu.
