Seabourn Encore added a full accommodation deck to the Odyssey platform in 2016, lifting capacity to 600 guests without changing the fundamental design.
Adam D. Tihany's interior is lighter and more contemporary than the earlier trio, with a redesigned Seabourn Square and a reworked Grand Salon.
The extra space funds a dedicated Sushi restaurant — a first for the line — and an enlarged Retreat sun-deck enclave with private cabanas and a whirlpool.
She runs the Mediterranean in summer and a long Asia and Southeast Asia season in winter.
