Venture and Pursuit are purpose-built polar expedition ships to PC6 ice class, carrying 264 guests in all-veranda suites with the same service standards as the ocean fleet.
Each ship carries two custom submersibles rated to 300 metres, 24 Zodiacs, kayaks and a 24-member expedition team of scientists, historians and naturalists.
The expedition specification does not dilute the luxury product: The Grill by Thomas Keller, open bars, caviar service and a full spa all carry over.
