Utopia of the Seas entered service in July 2024 as the sixth Oasis-class ship and the first designed specifically for short-cruise duty. She sails three- and four-night Bahamas itineraries from Port Canaveral including Perfect Day at CocoCay.
Utopia carries the full Oasis-class neighbourhood programme — Central Park, Boardwalk, Royal Promenade, AquaTheater — tuned for shorter itineraries with extended late-night dining, expanded nightlife, and a heavier casino footprint than the standard Oasis rotation.
She is LNG-powered, the newest ship in the class, and the fastest way onto a mega-ship product for guests who cannot commit to a seven-night sailing.
Short-cruise fares run at a substantial premium per night versus the seven-night Oasis-class sailings, reflecting the higher-turn cost base.
