    Ovation of the Seas entered service in April 2016 as the third Quantum-class ship. She is based in Brisbane for the Australian summer (November-April) and Seattle for the Alaska summer season (May-September).

    Ovation is Australia's largest and newest cruise ship and the flagship of Royal's Southern Hemisphere deployment. She operates a mixed Queensland, South Pacific, and New Zealand programme from Brisbane and Sydney.

    Her Alaska summer deployment gives Pacific Northwest guests one of the newest ships in the Alaska market.
