Royal Princess entered service in 2013 as the lead ship of the Royal class and was named by the Duchess of Cambridge. She set the layout that six Princess ships still use.
The signature feature is SeaWalk — a glass-floored walkway cantilevered 8.5 metres over the side of the ship, 39 metres above the sea. The Piazza atrium below runs through three decks and is the social centre of the ship.
She spends much of her year on Southampton-based Northern Europe and Mediterranean sailings, which makes her one of the most accessible Princess ships for British cruisers with no flight involved.
