The Culinary Center is Oceania's clearest proof that the food-first claim is structural rather than marketing: a purpose-built teaching kitchen with an individual induction workstation for every student.
Classes run at sea and in port across twenty-four workstations, each with its own hob, prep area and knife roll, led by resident chef instructors.
The Culinary Discovery Tours take students ashore to markets in Provence, Tuscany, Istanbul and Osaka to shop, then back aboard to cook what they bought that afternoon.
Curricula range from regional technique to knife skills and pasta, with a small per-class charge and limited capacity — booking opens well before sailing and fills quickly.
The facility is fitted on Marina, Riviera, Vista and Allura; the R-class ships run demonstration-format sessions instead.
