    Mandara Spa and Thermal Suite

    Back to Norwegian Cruise Line

Norwegian's thermal suites are among the best in the mainstream market, and on Prima-class ships they are a genuine reason to buy a pass rather than an afterthought.

The circuit typically runs to a hydrotherapy pool, heated ceramic loungers, an aromatherapy steam room, a Finnish sauna, a Himalayan salt room and — on the newer ships — a snow room with a charcoal sauna alongside.

Passes are sold per voyage rather than per day and are capped, so they sell out on embarkation day. Buying online before sailing is usually cheaper than buying on board.

Spa staterooms on the Breakaway, Breakaway Plus and Prima classes include thermal suite access in the cabin fare, which is generally the cheapest route to a pass for two people.

    • Finnish sauna, steam room and salt room
