MSC Musica launched in June 2006 as the first of four Musica-class ships and the vessel that established MSC's modern mid-size Mediterranean platform.
At 92,000 GT Musica is meaningfully smaller than the modern MSC flagships, which is exactly the point: she can enter smaller Mediterranean and Adriatic ports that the mega-ships cannot, and she carries a lower guest count that suits longer voyages.
There is no Yacht Club on Musica-class ships. Onboard the product is deliberately more traditional — classic three-deck atrium with a glass grand piano centrepiece, main-dining-room service, and a smaller specialty-restaurant footprint. This is the class most often used for MSC's Grand Voyage repositioning cruises.
