Nieuw Statendam entered service in December 2018 as the second Pinnacle-class ship. She splits her year between Fort Lauderdale-based Caribbean sailings in winter and Mediterranean or Northern European programmes in summer.
Nieuw Statendam carries the full Pinnacle-class dining and entertainment programme — Pinnacle Grill, Tamarind, Canaletto, Rudi's Sel de Mer, Music Walk, and World Stage — with a slightly larger Retreat cabana deck than Koningsdam.
She is HAL's most globally deployed Pinnacle-class ship and a regular on longer Mediterranean and Baltic voyages.
