The Retreat is Celebrity's answer to MSC's Yacht Club and NCL's Haven — an all-inclusive suite-class enclave layered onto every Celebrity ship, with the most developed physical footprint on the Edge-class flagships.
Retreat guests occupy the ship's suite categories — Sky Suite through the Iconic and Edge Villa suites — and gain exclusive access to a private restaurant (Luminae), a members-only lounge, and an outdoor Retreat Sundeck with pool, whirlpool, and full bar service. Butler and concierge service is included, as is the Always Included premium package: drinks, wifi, gratuities, and OBC.
On Edge-class ships (Edge, Apex, Beyond, Ascent, Xcel) the Retreat is a physically distinct three-deck complex with its own upper-deck restaurant and sundeck. On the older Solstice- and Millennium-class ships the Retreat is a lighter overlay — the same inclusions and Luminae dining, but without the dedicated sundeck complex.
The Retreat sits between MSC's Yacht Club and NCL's Haven on physical scale, but consistently outperforms both on food and beverage quality. For premium travellers who want a suite-class cruise without stepping up to Silversea, the Retreat on a Beyond- or Ascent-generation ship is one of the strongest products in the mass-premium segment.
