Concierge Class is the middle rung of Celebrity's fare ladder — priced above the standard Veranda category, below AquaClass and the Retreat. It is the tier for guests who want modestly upgraded amenities and service touches without committing to a spa-focused or suite-class product.
Concierge Class cabins are standard balcony staterooms on preferred decks, with upgraded pillows and bedding, complimentary sparkling wine, and an expanded room service menu. Guests get access to a dedicated Concierge Class desk for reservations, tour bookings, and shore-side issues.
Inclusions do not extend to Blu dining (that's AquaClass) or to the Retreat enclave. The upcharge over Veranda is typically modest, and for guests who prioritise priority embarkation and small cabin touches over spa or dining benefits, it is a reasonable value pick.
For most travellers, however, the marginal cost step from Concierge Class to AquaClass is the more meaningful upgrade — Blu dining alone often justifies the difference.
