Blu is the reason many Celebrity regulars book AquaClass. A dedicated restaurant with a Mediterranean-inspired 'clean cuisine' menu, it is reserved exclusively for AquaClass and Retreat guests and operates without reservations — you walk in when you want to eat.
The menu rotates nightly across a compact but genuinely interesting programme of lighter, produce-forward dishes with strong seafood and vegetable options. Portion sizes are more restrained than the main dining room, and the wine list leans European. Service standards are consistently the highest of any included venue on the ship.
On Edge-class ships Blu sits on Deck 5 forward with a large expanse of glass and its own dedicated bar. On Solstice- and Millennium-class ships it occupies a similar quiet corner of the ship with a modestly smaller footprint but the same menu and standards.
For guests booking AquaClass or a suite, Blu effectively replaces the main dining room for most of the cruise. For everyone else, it is not accessible — one of the clearest tier separations on a Celebrity ship.
