AmaWaterways' suite ladder tops out in the Owner's Suite, and the gap between it and the standard stateroom is wider than on most river lines because the line kept suite counts deliberately low.
On the European fleet the suite runs to roughly 33 to 46 square metres with the line's twin-balcony signature — an outside balcony and a French balcony in the same room — plus a separate seating area and an enlarged bathroom.
On AmaMagna the Grand Suite reaches around 65 square metres, roughly four times the size of a standard river stateroom, with a full living room and a dining table.
Suite guests get priority Chef's Table reservations, complimentary laundry, a stocked mini-bar and, on AmaMagna, first call on the Sundowner skiff excursions.
There is no separate suite restaurant or lounge: like Viking, AmaWaterways runs a single-class product and reserves the difference for the hardware.
