AmaDara runs the Mekong between Vietnam and Cambodia, built to a shallow draught for the low-water season with a colonial-influenced interior.

Cabins are generous by regional standards, most with balconies, and the sun deck carries a pool and a shaded lounge.

Shore calls are village-scale: silk weavers, rice paper workshops, floating markets, monasteries and rural schools supported by the line's foundation.

Sampan tenders are used where there is no berth, which is most of the itinerary between Phnom Penh and Kampong Cham.

Voyages are sold with land programmes at Angkor Wat, Hanoi and Ha Long Bay.
