    Part of the fleet

    Amadeus River Cruises

Austrian family shipowner with a classical-music signature, panorama window walls and unusually long crew tenure.

    Introduced
    2005
    Gross tonnage
    ~2,500 GT
    Capacity
    126–150 guests

Amadeus Silver, Diamond and Brilliant predate the panorama window generation and use conventional French balconies with fixed glazing.

They are shorter and shallower, which is exactly what the Elbe and the upper Danube require in low-water seasons when longer hulls are cancelled or bussed.

Cabins are marginally smaller than the Panorama class and there are fewer suites, so these ships generally price below the modern fleet on the same route.

Onboard service, crew and galley standards are common across the fleet — the Lüftner model is to run one operation rather than a two-speed product.
